- —Balayage, blonding, or vivid color specialization

Do I need experience with hair extensions to apply as a stylist?
«No — we train the right people. If you have a strong foundation, a great attitude, and a desire to grow, we will teach you the rest. Experience with extensions or color is a plus, but it is not a requirement.
Can I apply if I just graduated from cosmetology school?
«Yes — we have a dedicated Junior / New Grad Stylist role specifically for recent graduates. You do not need years of experience to apply. What we are looking for is a coachable attitude, a genuine passion for the craft, and the drive to grow. Monaco offers structured mentorship and in-house education to help new stylists build a strong foundation fast.
What does the commission structure look like?
«Our commission structure is competitive and performance-based. We will walk you through the details during your interview. We believe in transparency — you will know exactly what you can earn and how to get there.
How does the health and vision contribution work?
«Monaco contributes toward health and vision insurance premiums for qualifying full-time team members. Details are discussed during the offer stage.
Is the Front Desk role entry-level?
«It is accessible, but it is not a filler role. We are looking for someone who takes the position seriously and wants to grow with us. Prior salon or hospitality experience is preferred.
What is the hiring process like?

Do you offer booth rental?
«No. Monaco operates as an employee-based salon. We are not a booth rental environment — we are a team-based, culture-driven salon.

«Yes. We promote from within whenever possible. Stylists who demonstrate mastery, client retention, and leadership qualities are given opportunities to take on senior roles, mentorship, and education responsibilities.
